Exam Identification Policy

All TSI exams are online and remotely proctored. You can take the exam anywhere in a private, secure space with a good and stable internet connection. You will need your computer/ laptop an ExamStrong™ verified environment prior to taking the exam.

While scheduling the examination, you are required to submit details of two valid, non-expired Government-issued identification documents. The IDs must be original, valid, and current (not expired on the exam day). One of the IDs must be a photo ID with their legal name as well as a signature present on it. Your legal name on the ID must exactly match the first and last name on your myTSI dashboard.

Both IDs must be issued by the country in which you are testing. If you do not have a qualifying primary ID issued from the country testing in, an International Travel Passport from your country of citizenship is required, along with a secondary ID.

• Government-issued driver's license
• Passport 
• Military ID 
• State/country ID card 
• Employee/school ID 

You must present your ID to the proctor on-screen during the ID verification process on exam day. If there is any discrepancy in the ID presented or the ID does not fulfill one or more requirements from above, the proctor has the right to refuse you entry into the exam zone.

If you appear for the exam with a photocopy or scan of your ID, an expired ID, or a different ID than what you have submitted at the time of scheduling the exam, the proctor will not approve your entry into the exam zone.

It is also recommended that you select an exam room that is well-lit and your webcam has a good resolution to ensure a smooth verification process.
